A mother-of-seven who overhauled her lifestyle over just six months has flaunted her incredible figure in a series of sizzling Instagram snaps. Jessica Enslow, 43, from Salt Lake City, Utah, struggled with her extra pregnancy weight for years after giving birth to her first child aged 20 but has finally achieved her dream body after hitting the gym. After Jessica, a nurse, gave birth to her first child, Alyssa, now 23, she was shocked by how much fat she had gained when she couldn't fit into her pre-pregnancy jeans. Jessica used a fitness DVD to get back in shape after her first few pregnancies, but it wasn't until she gave birth to her seventh child in 2013 that she started her fitness account on Instagram and became invested in weight training. Jessica used a fitness DVD to get back in shape after her first few pregnancies, but it wasn't until she gave birth to her seventh child in 2013 that she started her fitness account on Instagram Post-pregnancy, Jessica weighed 135 lbs (9 stone 9 lbs) but she is now a lean 115 lbs (8 stone 3 lbs) - with pictures of her training with Alyssa showing how the pair look more like sisters of a similar than mother and daughter. Jessica said:'I was shocked at the amount of fat I had gained with my first pregnancy. I remember coming home from the hospital expecting to jump right into my pre-pregnancy jeans, but couldn't get them any higher than mid-thigh. I realised this was more than just baby weight and that I would have to start exercising regularly to shed the extra pounds. 'After the second one, I kind of knew what to expect, so I wasn't as surprised or depressed. I knew I would just have to put in the work. Eventually, Jessica hired a fitness coach for four months and saw 'drastic results'. She recalled: 'It was pretty intense, but my body changed pretty drastically in just a few months. For the past four months I've only been working out two to three days a week, and have been eating intuitively.' Despite having a figure that most people would die for, Jessica says that she still sees some flaws when she looks in the mirror. 'I would say just start somewhere. It could be making positive changes in your diet or committing to a certain amount of exercise and sticking to it.
